How are things going?

 

check in. Video conference was very triggering because people told me what I have to do. This ofc hurts my ego and now I have the urge to regain control by watching porn. But porn doesn't give control, it takes it away!

6 h done. So much struggle just to gain one day and to protect 6 days. But if a small streak is well protected it can grow to a mightly, strong streak

I love the way you stayed connected every 30 minutes during this time. This is a great inspiration for others of us to update and stay accountable. I’m trying to figure out how I could reasonably do this an upcoming trip I take.
