    Unlikely although OCD is an anxiety illness and anxiety can lead to ED. Generally speaking you'd still be able to get erections when you're not anxious and you'd still get morning wood.

    I would imagine that if you are worrying or anxious about the possibility you are gay then it may have negative psychological effects which could cause you to not perform sexually. That's my take on it anyway. It's difficult to perform when you're stressed out and anxious anyway and I could see that HOCD could cause performance related anxieties and create difficulties in that regard.

    Its easy for me to get an erection when watching porn. Its so weird how when I try to think about women without porn its so hard but when I see it in the video. I get erected so easily.

    Thanks @Mr.No I will give up on all my porn watching. I had a feeling it was the porn because how could I get off to the woman on the videos but not be able to get off to the ones in rl when I think aboht them and try to have sex with my lady.
