Today is my 37th day of NoFap...and it seems i am hitting 2nd Flatline after a gap of just 6-7 days...
Same here. Seems to come in cycles for me. Right after I stopped PMO felt a little shitty then I felt great for a week or so and then I crashed. I feel like I am back on the rise again. I ha e been just over a month no P&M . You mean it's only been 6-7 days since your last period of Flatline? Are you going hard mode?
