If you can't obtain sex right now, you're not getting yourself any closer to that. Our ancestors wouldn't have found it easy either. That's why having an easy dopamine button on your computer isn't good for you. Obtaining mates should take some kind of effort. Live in tune with evolution

That gets me too sometimes. I actually have a daily list of things to do now, to keep myself busy. Living by a schedule might not be fun, but it might be necessary and temporary until progress is made. Honestly i am okay with living by a schedule because the things on my To-Do list are a lot more productive than watching porn. My time is not being wasted as much as before.
