Hit 90 days and I am in love again!

So many benefits from NoFap: I went from aging like pathetic wanker to a man who is aging well; I have lost 50 lbs (in 9 months); been going to gym for over 2 months; more alert, more confident and most important of all ...I have fallen head over heels in love again with my wonderful wife. She knows nothing of what I have been going though. (It works for me, right now.) But she is very well aware of all the attention i give her every day. I planned a play date last night (day 90) which was very romantic and we chatted and caressed like we were on a date. Later without going into detail my wife achieved a full "O" something that has not happened in many years. I felt like a KING! So one very happy Fapstronaut here.

I want to keep the PMO going but if opportunity to "O" with my wife arises I am going to go for it. Hopefully, without having to M but that may be necessary. Absolute no to any porn and no M without my wife.

Thanks to all of you and your posts. Both have been an inspiration to me. My whole attitude about retirement has shifted from the gutter to the bright light of living a good life. God bless us all.

That’s awesome brother!! Now never return to P and P substitutes, that’s fact.

This may be a little opinion, but if you can, try to keep O to a minimum, once a week or just try to satisfy your wife only and keep your juices in you, but just my opinion

I know that wonderful feeling, I am getting close to the 90 day mark myself. I am experienced some of the benefits that people have claimed.I am sure that I will experience the other benefits when my streak gets longer.

Yeah man, every night seems like a lot, just give it to her only semen retention is a thing, not many people will attest to it, but I personally think it is. But to see it, you kinda have to look beyond western medicine and what you been taught and understand the energy it takes from man. Sperm is alive, but how?
