High libido after Flatline, how to distract myself?

Well, for one, "i know i will be fine by 90 days." Incorrect. There is no magic number.

As for the rest, find healthy activities to distract you from those urges. Preferably something physical. Congrats on 59 days, I haven't gone that long in a while.

 

Go hiking, get a work out, paint your walls, go to Starbucks. Whatever you do, move your focus towards anything but your little friend. You really do not need to hold hands with him constantly to remain friends. You got this!

 

Dude, you are missing the important goal of NoFap, whic is being able to control yourself and saying stop to pornography. If your only desire is to have sex then something is wrong. It looks like your urges are coming back and that shouldn't happen. You are not healed then.

Abstain from porn but along with that you need to build confidence, you need to be able to control your libido. Also do productive stuff and don't waste time on constantly thinking about sex. We were not made to have sex every fucking day. That's how the human being evoluted itself in a hyper-sexualised world created by human beings themselves.

With that being said, I'm not saying you should not have sex, but you should be able to control yourself. Don't make sex your primarly thought in your life. Become a better person, do productive things and then there is time for sex as well.

 

After 90 days you should be able to control yourself and not think about sex everytime. You should have sex with the right girl, a girl you love or a girl you like, someone you are dating. Don't go having one night stands with different girls or whatsoever, else you didn't understand anything about NoFap. Mainly focus on your life, become a better person and do productive things. Oh and of course, never PMO again.

Open and clear your mind, control your libido and yourself.

You should not have one night stands! You should have sex with a girl you love or a girl you like and you are dating. You should have sex when something is getting serious between you and a girl. Don't go having sex with different girls everytime. Become a better self.

You have to find a way to channel this huge amount of energy that will come after flatline, you have to find a way to channel this energy (like running, cycling,lifting weights etc) or you will just end up fapping because you won't be able to handle such huge amount of energy.
