Nice to join this community.

A few weeks ago, I got to know a book named “Your Brain on Porn”. I read it and found it so interesting and useful. Also I’ve come to know the existence of this online community.

Since around the day I started reading the book, I began ‘rebooting’. It was 1st of March so today is my 20th day!

I’ve been on my journey without any other people’s direct help, but I just figured that joining this community might be a big help to me.

I got more things to tell about my rebooting experience so far, but I think I’ll just continue in my next threads.

I’m not native English speaker so there might be some wrong expressions or words and I could not fully communicate my thoughts.

Anyway, I am happy to join here!
