Hello, I'm a 40 year-old guy from Germany. Since more than 30 years I am addicted to porn. First magazines, then videos, now the Internet. I can't get rid of it, it's like a drug for me. In the news I often read, there's no real problem with porn abuse. I know it better. It's damaging my life. I feel bad very often, and alone. I have problems to be interested in other people. My self-consciousness is low. I don't want to live like this for the rest of my life. To be free and more satisfied, I have to get rid of porn. But it's hard. I tried several times, but I failed. I hope it works this time!
@iseovodoia welcome to nofap. I understand how it feels like to be alone. I am an introvert and I used to shy away from people because all my energy is being spent on porn so literally I don't have any energy to socialize or do any other thing. Staying away from porn should give us more energy to focus on other parts of life. Get involved in this community and visit this site often. It will give you strength to fight this battle.
