I have noticed my excessive porn use porn use since I was about 15. I am 18 now and for the 1st time I have stayed away from porn for more than a few weeks. It's been about 6 months I think. However, I feel my urges are becoming really strong again so here I am. My main problem is the reason I want to use porn and masturbate. It's due to shame that I can't interact with anyone in real life. I feel I am going to get rejected even if I try so I never try. Instead, I use porn to temporarily off set that belief. I am here to keep track of my progress and challenges and learn a few things along the way.
