i am 25 and i am watching porn from from past 10 yrs and the i am so addicted to it now that i mentally feel depressed,physically i have become so lasy that i dont want to get up from my bed.my memory ,focus has become very weak,i don't had any relationship with anyone in past probably because of porn,i want to get out of this addiction.watching porn and masturbating gives highest dopamine spike,which we dont get from any other activity ,hence we dont enjoy any other activity.so i want to get rid of this and make by life more happy
