Hi,it's just me

Feeling o.k,but I had three relapses so far since I started after the winter months .It's a shame too 'cause I was doing well.Just when I was on my way to quitting,I kinda gave myself permission to have a wanker and then the guilt feelings reappeared.I know I brought it upon myself,shame.Congrats to those who are going all the way.But I'll not give up and try my damnest to get back in the saddle and stay there once and for all.All my best to my fellow quitters.Just knowing that others are trying their best to quit as well should inspire me to eventually succeed,I hope.Have a good day.-Éric.
