    Hi i'm Fat Pate from Finland and i'm the fattest person on earth. I want to stop fapping because i hate it, it's bad for me, because i'm a christian and i think i will be happier if i stop. I hope Nofap will help me permanently stop masturbating. Sorry for my bad english if it's bad.

    If i feel like i want to masturbate i'll just find something else to do. This might not be the best strategy but if you know any good strategies then tell me.
