    Hello,

    I'm Chris and I'm 35 years old. I've been addicted to porn for over 20 years. It has only been recently that I've realized just how destructive porn is. I have struggled with relationships with women, friends and family for most of my adult life. Now I want change things so I can get my self-esteem and confidence back. I've been going to SA meetings and trying to stay off porn. I know I have a long way to go but I'm glad to be part of this community.
