Hiya everyone. My name is Chris Como. I'm new to NoFap but I'm excited and hopeful to be here! I'm 23, gay, and in the trenches of porn addiction rehabilitation. I've been trying to quit since my boyfriend helped me realize I had a problem 6 months ago. Its hard. I get stressed and I want porn. I'm bored and I want porn. I'm in a good mood and want a reward and porn sounds pretty good. It's kinda messed up my orgasm and it's hard to normal sex sometimes and orgasm organically. Anyways. Those are my issues. I hope to improve and help anyone else improve too!

I'm doing well today. Finishing up a nice vacation visiting family. First, what does PMO actually stand for? Something along the lines of "Pornographic Material O..."? I'm fairly certain I can assume that what you are asking is "What are your strategies for battling porn urges". As of now, I am unsure of how to most effectively battle it, but I'm doing a couple things. I have a very honest and direct relationship with my boyfriend. I have a therapist. I keep a journal. I have a book at all times to help me occupied when the urges get bad. I also have been keeping my phone on a setting where it takes time to use the internet.

I'm still looking for better and better ways at fighting. What are your thoughts? And whats your story?
