I never thought of quitting PMO , until one of my close friends told me about the consequences of it, and he recommended Nofap . I do watch a lot of porn especially when I'm alone , I get tired a lot too . I don't think I can go over a week PMO free.
reading the success stories in this site has motivated me to take a shot. I don't have any physical disability caused by PMO, I never considered it to be a big deal, but I would like to be more healthier and hopefully be highly active for my partner , in the future . hope you guys can guide me
