Hi everyone!

I'm 19 year old guy from Italy. I struggle with masturbation and pornography since I was 12 years old. It's more than 7 years now. I wanted to quit porn two years from now, but without help I relapsed very quickly, the most I've got were two weeks. I want now to quit it for good. No more in my life.

I'm realising how much this is become a problem for me, and how much it influences my life, the accomplishments I could have reached if I had spent all those hours masturbating in meaningful activities. Now that I go to college, with more free time it has become even worse, and it has real effects on my career as student. It is not the life I want and it is a hurdle I must overcome if I want to accomplish my goals.

No, I've never had sex with a real girl, that I care about. Now the time has come that I overcome my weaknesses and work hard to better myself and contribute to society.

I hope to start a new lifestyle, and helping others do the same!
