    Just wanted to introduce myself briefly and to say
    that I appreciate this website and all of you folks for your honesty and candidness.
    PMO for me has been the elephant in the room since I hit puberty over 25 years ago.

    My intention is to perceive and experience my life without the lens of a daily pmo habit.
