Hi everybody! I'm here to bust this obnoxious habit that has been consuming my life for quite some time now. I recognised the problem long back then took quite some effort to acknowledge the problem (what, me?! yes, me! :-() and even then I was totally unsure on where to start and how. All until about a month back I stumbled upon the YBOP and the "The Great Porn Experiment" video from which I discovered the community of fapstronauts. Stopping PMO in the last month was one of the greatest changes in my life for a long time.The road ahead is long and difficult and I am still not clear about my goals here.
