Hi, addicted to p-rn

I quited in the past for 30 days, then two consectuive stints of 30 days (relapse midway due to water infection making me desperate to find anything to alleivate pain). I managed to have better erections in past year somehow though but because of that I fell back into fapping almost every day as I enjoy it more now I have less ed.

I want to quitted again though because it takes up time and I do post-doctor study. I set up block using cold turkey and include the word p-rn so I can't open any thread with p-rn on its title hence my use of - lol
