    Hi everybody, nice to meet you all. Glad to see I'm not the only one facing this porn demon .

    I'm a 23 y/o male and I'm a porn addict. The first step is to admit your addiction right? I've been watching porn since the age of 8 when I mistakenly discovered a porn magazine in my uncle's drawer, by that time I wouldn't say I got addicted watching it but by the age of 13 my porn viewing escalated. I use porn for masturbation and recently been watching hard porn like rape scenes, I'm scared of the person I've become. I'm depressed, lost confidence and a lot of weight and became so anti-social.

    I watch porn and masturbate even after having sex with my girlfriend. Porn has ruined my life really, I wanna live my best life. Today I finally decided to never watch porn again, I know I've been relapsing since last week but maybe noFap will help, please.

    welcome to the site my man. yup, we all pretty much struggle with the same thing. My first time on the site I went on an 88 day no PMO streak immediately. then a 119 day streak after about 6 months. been about 5 months since that now. anyway, I say to say that coming from a guy who's seriously addicted, this porn addiction isn't an inevitable sure part of our identity, we could beat it. I'm struggling right now but I have faith that I'll be back on the good train of no porn. we just gotta take this thing one day at a time! maybe open up to your gf about it?
