Hi 17 y/o newbie here

Hi everyone. Nice to meet y'all. I am super excited about meeting you all and getting involved in the NoFap community.

I'm 17 year old male currently in high school. I have been using porn since I was 12. In that time my porn habits have escalated into some unsetting genres. In addition I suffer from anxiety, depression, lack of confidence and focus.

After some research I found that how porn can cause problems in your sex life and that thousands of young men were struggling with this, just like me and that it seemed to be related to their porn use. So I decided to start a reboot and become my better self and focus on my goals.

Anyways, so here I am! Excited to be part of the community, and to see what will come from abstaining from porn. Wish me luck everyone!
