Yeah title sums up, but I will give some detail here.
So I was jerking it since I was like 9 or 10, from there I did it daily, nowdays I do it daily multiple times. I'm straight but I have been desensitized from it and moved onto fetishes like vore and stuff, but now I came up to a weird fascination with femboy stuff, even though I'm not gay.
I hate the idea of masturbating by now, but body won't let me go a day without it, the only times the craving stops is when I'm doing stuff around, like going to school or shopping etc. but being a loner, and not having much of anyone to go out with makes it harder to control the urge.
I want this addiction to stop so in the future I can have normal relationship with women, and just to have an end to the fact that my body is controlling me.
I don't think about not doing it ever again, I just want to compulsive need to do it to end.

Welcome @Dick Stone. Glad you are here.

Taking some time to learn about this problem will really help in your recovery. Plus, it will take you away from Porn for a while. Read the reboot material (available here => http://www.nofap.com/getting-started) and then come up with a plan for what you will do when you are faced with urges. It has good information and good advice, so don't skip it! :)

Also, this is a great post from a nofap veteran about what kind of things could help you during your reboot => https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/time-to-be-done-with-this.140257/page-25#post-1442099

As you start your recovery, perhaps start writing a journal? If you feel comfortable telling people about happened and what's going on now, you will start to feel accountable to them. You may even inspire others. It's a nice feeling! This will help your recovery.

Also, stopping bad behaviours is only half the battle. This fight will probably also involve a lifestyle change. So try to add things into your life that makes you the kind of person who doesn't want to engage in PMO. Think about doing:
    • Something you enjoy
    • Something you're good at
    • Something important
    • Something for somebody else, without thought of reward
Read the journals of others - we all learn from each other, and you may find very useful insights from someone outside your age group or part of the world.

Look around the forums, get to know people. Be kind to others and others will be kind to you, both here and IRL.

I wish you a successful reboot.

Hey thanks for the advice, I will read up on it ASAP.
I got some questions that came up in my mind:
First of all: if you have a loser like me who does it daily, is it more benefitial to have a decently big (like a week) streak, or to change it to a wank/2 days interval, which is better in the short/long run ?
How bad is college when it comes to addiction ? Is it better because you have things to do or is it bad because there are a lot turn ons around ?
Is it better to always keep your mind busy or to clear your mind with with meditation or something.
God it feels weird to talk about these things that I could never confess with anyone, I hope I can gain control myself and makes this fetish go away. Same hopes go out to all of yall.

    Hi again!

First, decide what you're abstaining from. Just porn? Both porn and masturbation? Or what is informally known as monk mode round here - porn and masturbation AND orgasm (meaning from sexual encounters)? That is your call.

The reboot material has advice about what to pick. If you're PMO'ing everyday, that's a pretty strong indicator of addiction, wouldn't you agree? You might benefit from a complete 90 days away from such things. However, don't be discouraged if you fail on your first try - it builds character and strength to keep on trying. So if you manage 1 day, then reset... Then 2 days and reset... Well, you're gradually winning the fight. Not the actions of a loser. :)

Depends on the person. For some, college work gives something to focus their time and energy on. And the social aspect can keep them away from PMO far easier.

For others, it can be a real challenge, especially if they're under stress and pressure and PMO is their go-to coping method. And, of course, they may be turned on like crazy because of all the people that attract them there.

If you are in this second group, make a plan and try to change how you deal with stress and disappoint. Even little changes add up, over time.

Again, depends on the person. If you are easily bored, you probably want to keep busy - just make sure you're doing some fun things too.

If you're constantly frazzled and stressed, finding a moment of peace and clarity can help keep the urges under control.

More realistically, you're probably going to need a combination of both.

    Hope this helps.
