Yes ,I am also porn addicted now,but don't know when it happen.
First time when I masturbate it's about 4 years ago,
When first time I do actually I don't know why I am doing, I don't feel ashamed at all.
That time it's not in my habit. I do masterbate in a interval of 2 or 3 months.
But after 2 years of this, I had got access of smartphone for studies, and here's my journey start as a porn addict.
After that my life is like a hell, my goles starts disappearing. Sometime my brain goes towards my goals and after a week or 2,3 days my urge to do PM arises,I fall and regret about it and this cycle reapts itself .
But now I have to quit it and for this I am here, for a transformation from hell to heaven.
