Hey guys I'm new here!

    So something about me is that I am 24 almost 25. I have been addicted to porn and masturbating for a while. Since I was 13 or 14 and I have now decided to stop. I hate not being able to have sex sometimes because I can't get fully hard or just cant get it up at all. I need to change this and I know it going to take sometime but I think with support I can achieve it. I haven't even had sex yet because of this. I feel like I got into porn and masturbating to early that I haven't experienced the benefits of being with someone. I'm in a deep whole now but willing to stand up and take the challenge because I need to change my life. Where is a good place to start challenge wise and how long will it take me?

    Welcome, I'm glad you're here.

    My suggestion is to invest some real time into exploring this site, so you can learn, and plan, and also connect with others. Ultimately, you form your own plan. You can learn a lot from what others have written about.
