    I’ve been looking at ways to change myself, and since August has just begun I’m going to try and go a full month (at least, they recommend 90 days) without watching porn.

    I am quite frankly addicted to it and it needs to stop. I feel it is a high contributing factor to me feeling low.

    I’ve physically blocked connections to all porn sites using a DNS blocker so if I can’t access porn at all on the Internet then I have less reason to bash one out.

    I don’t know how It will go so if anybody’s has tried this or anyone in general has any tips then that’d be great.

    How HARD can it be?

    Very hard. For many the withdrawals can be frightening and brutal. Make a plan on how you are going to deal with urges and triggers now. Always come here first if you feel like you are going to relapse. Everyone here is willing to help.
