Hello everyone I’ve done this multiple time with multiple usernames because I forgot my old ones But this time, I am determined to go all the way in I thought that I should give it a try and change my life entirely, not just fapping but other things as well If I fail, I will have to talk with a sex therapist. It’s the truth and it’s ugly but I just won’t be able to continue going on like this in my life.
@Alijub welcome back to nofap. You seem to recognize the low point below which you refuse to go. In my view you have the motivation to succeed and now you have to gain the knowledge to beat this. There are many books on addiction which will teach you that and this site also has plenty of knowledge. I encourage you to keep coming back here so that you can add accountability to your knowledge and motivation so that you can make progress. I wish you good luck !
One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals. I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work. Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made.
