Hello , I am 20 yr old guy , actually i had huge addictions of porn and masturbation .
In the time of corona , it went to peak and started spend my whole time in that .
Later after getting low grades and few instances made me realize the adverse effects of porn and masturbation.
It was not that easy to leave it and later i was addicted to sexchats on random websites and got to spoil my time and my career.
But now i am here to change myself and become the best version by quitting the unnecessary things , which had spoiled lot of time in my life .
Now , i am taking a oath for transforming myself into better one, I want help and support from you people , please guide me
