Welcome to nofap. I assure you DE is not the only problem but others haven't manifested themselves for what ever reason. In my early 30s I clearly remember the day I recognized that my morning wood is not the same any more..I went to a physician and he couldn't actually tell me anything because I had reasonable testosterone in my blood so he prescribed me blue pills! My sex life was mediocre for most of my life and never had orgasms through oral and until I read the stories here I actually didn't know they all had the same root cause: PMO!

Great. Then give it a serious try. It's been helpful to me so far. Part of the issue is retraining yourself it what's "erotic." P is so unreal, that it eclipses all of the reality of connection with other people. So desensitizing is certainly part, but so also is letting go of its nightmarish eroticism.

 

There is a common denominator with sexual problems: PMO.

After consuming a daily diet of PMO for a lengthy season, I developed PIED and DE.

It is one thing to not be able to get an erection, but it equally frustrating when you can reach the pinnacle of sexual intercourse: ejaculation.

After a 30 day reboot, my PIED became a thing of the past and my DE as well.

Our brains need time to heal from the overstimulation that Porn provides and our equipment needs to be resensitized to the real thing.
