You can do it mate! Small steps! Positive thoughts! Wake up every day and write down why you are thankful. Let those thoughts run your day. Sure you will have pockets of sadness but go back to the start of your day where you were thankful. We can break this!
There really is nothing comparable to positive thoughts. It is the best Medicine. Attitude determines altitude.
