Any support with that?
Hi @jjfernandez88 ! If you haven't done so already, make some time to read the "getting started guide" available on this site's (noFAP) homepage. It has answers to your questions and lots of helpful advice as you get started. One thing to definitely be aware of ... as much as we are all alike, we are all different. There is really no such thing as a "typical" or "normal" time for our bodies to respond. Some experience flatline right from the start and then it stops sometime later, others go for a while before flatline kicks in and some seem to never experience flatline. When they happen, how long they last, and when they restart (yeah, they come and go ...) all vary. Its also to start getting nervous about flatline and start wondering if you "plumbing" will work and whether your "libido" still exists. Both your body and your mind will work fine. No need to test, so don't be tempted to "check things out"; doing so generally results in a reset or relapse (check the glossary on the top of this page for definitions and abbreviations that may not be familiar to you.) You've got a lot to do ... there is no better time to get started (continue) your journey of healing than right now. One day at a time is how we all succeed.
Wise words from bfdet. Just take it one day at a time and try to stay busy. Ive been trying to do alot exercise and active things to beat the stress. I use filters on my computer to avoid temptations. Good luck brother
