So I didn't realise I had PIED until very recently, I am 29 and whenever me and my girlfriend had sex I couldn't cum and I assumed that was down to the fact I was suffering from phimosis. So I recently had a circumcision and the first time we tried sex even though I was very erect I still couldn't cum even though we were having sex for nearly an hour, I got very close to cumming but never did. Anyway I did some research and realise I had PIED and as soon as I read that I stopped watching porn or masturbating or anything like that and that was seven days ago. However, me and my girlfriend did have sex last night and I could certainly feel a difference and even though I didn't cum from sex I did finish myself off with my hand so to speak very quickly which I never used to be able to do. Can I still have sex occasionally whilst trying to cure my PIED or do I have to stop everything?
