Sorry if this has already been asked.

I am after courses that are available for quitting addiction, particularly porn. I also want to do work on my communication and help with my relationship. I know there is the one on here and have also been recommended the Candeo one - http://candeobehaviorchange.com/ this looks good but I don't have a lot of spare money so was looking for free courses for now.

If anyone has found some great courses that have worked for them, please recommend them to me - thanks

Man that looks like a great course but its outside my budget. I hope to find something a little more reasonable myself.

Is there anyone doing the NoFap Academy Reboot Camp and are you it of benefit and is it worth spending the money on doing it?

  4. I bought the 90 day reboot camp
at the same time as I started SAA.

I found actual FaceTime with people,
    a sponsor very helpful.
The reboot camp was not used,
but i did not give it a real use.

I like coming to this site
    as a healthy behavioral change.

There are a lot of video and
    anecdotal sources here
    to mine and develop.

And a sort of virtual community.

  5. You are from down under.
Are there SAA type groups there?

Know a NZr who when asked if she was
    In any organized groups;
thought for a minute and said AA.

Her friends noted, “How brave to say that!”.

    But its AAA in America and AA in NZ;
    The Automobile Association.

@Trappist LOL, yes I am with NRMA, that's what we call it here in Australia. Thanks for your help, yes there is a group called SLAA here. I was going about 3 years ago but it was triggering me more than helping me. A lot of the people were still addicted and telling stories of going to prostitutes and sex parlours etc.. and also no one was ever more than 3 or 4 months. I went for 12 months and did enjoy being able speak out load my addiction to a safe audience. I ended up leaving as I started to have thoughts of what it is like to visit prostitutes, massage etc.. so was not good for me. I am glad I have found this site as it has been the most helpful in my recovery.

  7. I’ve never been to SLAA nor SA.

Picked SAA out of coincidence perhaps.
I am there for the steps.
    SAA does have some triggering,
but people control it a bit.
So much in life is triggering as I skew soberly.

I hear SA may be more protective for you,
based on hearsay and available online speakers,
That you can find in a google search.

    Here is Harvey:

You can find NOFAP presentations on u tube.
If meetings did not work for me I would definitely try NF for myself.

    What does NRMA mean?

Some of the SOs have awesome sources.

Thanks Trappist, I will have a look at Harvey later. NRMA is The National Roads and Motorists' Association. They were the RAC but changed a while ago RAC is Royal Automobile Club.

Yes thanks for the names, I already follow them and their partners, great wisdom and inspiration from them all. Not to put anyone down but I try to stay with the ones that are long term abstinence, I have managed to stay away from P for over 2 months, not sure of exact days as I dont like to count really. My date below is because I was fighting with wife and had not had O for a while and pressure got to me. I stuffed up but owned up and learned from it.

I am thinking if I am going to pay for a course I would rather pay the money to NoFap anyway to help support this wonderful resource we all have. Just want to find people who are doing or have done the course to make sure it is suitable for me.
