I was addicted to PMO for almost 13 years. I am determined to get rid of this habit completely and fortunately i am on hard mode for 36 days. I planned to go hard mode for 365 days. So far i already felt good and started to improve my concentration and memory ability but at very slow rate. The first week was very challenging as i had to deal with my immense urge but i felt so energetic that time. From third week i started to feel very sleepy almost all the time. After waking up at morning i find myself energetic for 4/5 hours then i start to feel so sleepy and it immediately takes me to bed and i fell asleep within few minutes. 2 hours sleeping is enough to get back energy to do something. Then after 4/5 hours i start to feel so sleepy and it follows the above mentioned circle. Another problem is i feel so hungry almost all the time but my hunger do not remain after taking mid-level meal. After 2/3 hours of taking meal i feel like to take meal again. Another problem is, i feel headache virtually all the time. It is not severe but milder and i feel something is going on in my head. If take acetaminophen/paracetamol headache goes away for 5/6 hours. Just to remember, i spend my time solving programming problems that require to think very clearly and everyday i am to learn something new from Math, Statistics and Genetics. I think such tasks require a higher brain power. Also i am preparing myself for GRE exam. GRE exam takes lot of motivations and learning new English words is really daunting. Besides all of these, I am to prepair myself for studies of my Masters program that is ongoing right now. Now may assume i am super busy, no time for my brain to relax, it sort of true. I would like to keep myself busy with the things i love. Have you guys experienced such problems before? Suggest me some strategies to cope up with these problems. Thank You.
I used to have headache all the time. I also used to feel hungry after a few hours of eating. Maybe I pmo'ed till I had stomach problems. All this is gone now. I can even stay a whole day without eating. Continue with your reboot and I'll guarantee your problems will end.
