Dear brothers I am going through some serious testing moments....about 2 days ago I masturbated but did go to the point of Orgasm, just before I could Orgasm I thought of all good thoughts and benefits of NoFap and my goals and the woman I like, all these things PREVENTED me from going through the process of taking my fap to an orgasm although I was horny as hell. The result was the most perfect day ever! I am now at a cousins place where there is free wireless internet and well...my brains wants to PMO. So I switch the laptop on but come here to the forum instead. I NEED HELP GUYS!!!! PLEASE KEEP ME AWAY FROM PMO!!!

We are all going through the same. Keep the end goal or objective in mind. Eye on the prize. Eye of the tiger. Nobody can help you beat your addiction better than you. I'm sure you can do it. Trust me. There will be some testing times. Don't look at them as obstacles. Look at them as opportunities to regain your self control and sexuality.
