Yesterday was pictures, but today I couldn't stop myself from watching some P. within 10 minutes I turned it off. But I don't know where I stand now. Do I reset my counter ? If I do I know I will relapse. What should I do ? Any advice is much appreciated
I interpret PMO as masturbate with porn to orgasm. It is all up to you your rules. If you want to be restrict about it, then reset, else, don't worry too much, keep your streak going and forget it
