Help! My emotions are numb, do they eventually come back?

So I've successfully completed over 100 days hardmode however i did look at P-subs and that kinda slowed down my progression. I've been through the pits of hell and back, but im at a point now where im in the flatline still after 100 days and things I'm experiencing are: low energy, numb emotions, anhedonia, no libido or morning wood.

The thing that scares me the most is the lack of emotions, some rebooters report on having a lack of emotion due to decrease in dopamine level.

Also there are those that have dr/dp because of it, the thing is I've always been extremely emotional and my life was based around emotions - my decisions, judgment, logic, IQ. But EVERYTHING is gone.

My head feels hollow, I can't feel anything anymore, no sadness, happiness, boredom its like half my brain is missing. Does this usually occur?
