    Hello Guys, I am fapping since more then 20 years , everyday , sometimes twice or thrice a day ! I am loosing my life force to do anything good and great now and wanna die instead of living such pathetic life.
    In my life first time I was able to stop fapping for 24 days continues starting last month and ending this month by turning towards spirituality , but again started it since 25th day, trigger was a body message by a young lady (I was feeling continues pain in my muscles for few days). Since then its 4 days today and I fapped 6 times already.
    I want some motivation please , tell me that I can stop myself.
    My Problem is I cannot sleep in night until I do not masturbate, If i sleep then I am fine, The only time I fap is Night time when I am in bed. Please give some motivation and some suggestion on what shell I do. I am sure many of you guys would have been in the same situation and able to control yourself by some way ! guide me please , I want to come out of this darkness.

    Welcome @goodheartwannalive. Glad you are here.

    What you've written here is your motivation. Find ways to remind yourself, at least once a day and maybe more. How will you remind yourself of them? Will you go over the list you made? Will you start a journal on this forum, as some of us have, and go write in it and read it every day?

    Taking some time to learn about this problem will really help in your recovery. Plus, it will take you away from Porn for a while. Read the reboot material (available here => http://www.nofap.com/getting-started) and then come up with a plan for what you will do when you are faced with urges. It has good information and good advice, so don't skip it! :)

    As you start your recovery, perhaps start writing a journal? If you feel comfortable telling people about happened and what's going on now, you will start to feel accountable to them. You may even inspire others. It's a nice feeling! This will help your recovery.

    Also, stopping bad behaviours is only half the battle. This fight will probably also involve a lifestyle change. So try to add things into your life that makes you the kind of person who doesn't want to engage in PMO. Think about doing:
    • Something you enjoy
    • Something you're good at
    • Something important
    • Something for somebody else, without thought of reward

    Read the journals of others - we all learn from each other, and you may find very useful insights from someone outside your age group or part of the world.

    Look around the forums, get to know people. Be kind to others and others will be kind to you, both here and IRL.

    Hello Everybody ! I am gonna write for first 2 weeks my daily progress here ! Last night was my day 1 after relapse ! Whole day was good. I Started 8k Steps walk and 15 mins of hyper active body workout routine at home.
    Problem started again at night when I went to bed. What I felt is even I was half asleep, my mind was playing tricks and in that state too I was about to relapse, this kinda happened 3-4 times and I didn't had a cycle of more then 2-3 hours continues sleep. It was difficult to stop, but somehow I didn't relapsed. So Yay !! Not Relapsed, but edged. I hope I will not edge tonight, wait for my post tomorrow ! be healthy , be strong , God bless you all folks! Thanks !

    Day 2 Update : Hello Friends, Yesterday was a bad day. relapsed with porn again and no exercise too.

    Day 3 Update : Passed without relapse. 6500 steps and 18 mins high intensity exercise at home. Good day it was !

    Hang in there and keep coming back to the forum. It is possible to live life without PMO. I was a PMO addict for 25 years. Today is day 196 with no PMO by the grace of God and with the help of this forum. Life without PMO is possible. The adjustment can be difficult but it's worth it.
