Hmmmmm.....the first step for recovery is what you have done, the sincere cry for help and I know you really needs help

Remove all element that triggers porn and masturbation, say friends, movies or short videos

Tell yourself you can do this and you will

Replace those attitude with something more productive

Take for example, mine, I know I am more vulnerable in the night, say from 9pm upward, but not in the afternoon...I replaced that time to bring my hour of prayer and deliberately used that time to study and also engage an app that monitors my progress


Try something that works fir you

 

Focus on moving forward from this point on and just take it a day at a time. You’re stronger than you know, don’t give up! You got this!
