It helps to make a list of things you have to do before you can watch porn, masturbate, etc. I put a ton of things on my list, such as call certain friends and family members, listen to a song that speaks to where I'm at in life, contact my partner, etc...You can put anything you want on the list. It really helps to give yourself permission to masturbate, watch porn, whatever but only once you have made it through the list in its entirety. If you're like me, you'll find that by the time you make it to the end of the list you have no substantial desire to PMO.

 

This is where the addiction is so ingrained. Let's face it masturbating to a 'perfect porn video' is an immensely satisfying feeling - in the short term. BUT! You are here because you want want to be a better person and have a better life. If you only ever look at things as momentary pleasures, you will get sucked in so much it will consume you even more than it does already. You have got to make a stand for your future happiness, productivity, well-being and a proper, real sex life, and not this artificial shit - like I did 3 days ago
