    So im just browsing the nofap forum and i see the word"deep throat " hardcore porn thing... Then i get turned on and i think will relapse if i dont find reason to stop pmo, my mind isnt clear right now and my dick is hard

    Need to find healthy activities that will take up your thoughts even when you’re not doing them. Takes time to do this but certainly there are things you enjoy that are healthier than porn?

    For me I enjoy wall climbing, photography, and traveling. If I’m not doing them I’m occupying my mind about those things, making plans. Need to redirect your mind to non-sexual thoughts.

    Not easy, takes discipline, but worth it.
