I really need a plan and schedule for my daily activities. My life is so fucking disorganized right now I always procrastinate and get nothing done.... Can someone give me a concrete daily schedule like “Monday: 1. Wake up, breakfast, meditate for 20 min, go to the gym for 1 hour, go to work. Tuesday: work on goal A, go to the gym, work on goal B, etc.” ???

I work 10 hours every day for 4days and I always hit the gym after I finish. I tried to create a schedule ones for a week but I failed, instead what I do is, when I wake up, I will spend 10min to write down what I must do on that day. That way I have been able to stay on track.

    Do you have a job?
    Do you have interests?
    Do you go to school?

    Do you sleep?
    Step 1 is to sleep.
    That's 8 hours down; 16 to go.

I don't usually like schedules, I like to be flexible. I would say starting your morning right is key. Don't go on the computer first thing in the morning. It'll eat up your morning, your day, before you realize it hours have passed. If you find you are getting lethargic or stuck doing nothing, then I would recommend: 1, shower / breakfast (in whatever order). 2, head out of your house. Doesn't matter to do what. Go for a short walk and get some morning air, go to the grocery store, go to school or work, whatever. Just get away from that computer and get some air. 3. Subsequent work that you probably have to do.

Making schedules really depends on who you are and the type of person you are, but if it's an issue of disorganization I would say starting the morning with a basic routine like I wrote is the best option.

You should write down a list of your priorities in life. I have had the same problem with procrastination however I had mastered organising my life. First thing you should do is to organise your living space, clean your room as being in a clean organised space leads to having a clean organised mind.

The most important thing is to have a strong morning routine. What I usually do is wake up, tidy my bed straight away, and do some quick exercise to build up my energy and feel good. Then I would make my breakfast, and head to the gym. Fitness is a major part of life, so you should definitely make a workout routine and follow it daily.

Other important things you should be doing:
    Meditation
    Writing & setting goals
    Working on your goals
    Going out & socialising
    Reading books
    Cooking & eating healthy meals

Plan your week on paper & follow it!

Only you can create your own life plan
