    I am looking for answers. I am not horny not even if I look at porn.
    I don’t know what is happening to me.
    Could it be testicular insufficiency?

    I miss the feeling of being alive full of energy. I have been on streaks of even 30 days now, and 0 benefits; also my relapse was so low in sperm count (srry)

    did you try upping your Testosterone? might help eating something like a fresh piece of salmon with asparagus, eat greens like broccoli and cauliflower, Cut fast food and sugar out get 7-8 hours sleep and try to reduce your stress. I like Dr eric berg DC he has a lot of videos that helped me a lot. Wake up and tell yourself "today is going to be a great day" the brain works in interesting ways you may find.
