    Hello guys,

so I am struggling with beating my addiction to self humiliatinh sexchats, sexcam and porn. This includes anals masturbation (with a dildo even sometimes) and chastity porn, strapon, femdom and all that shit. The sexchats also involve these things or humilating myself with pretending to have a really small penis, women telling me to get fucked by a man even, sperm humilation etc.

And after having ejaculated or stoppee I am always ashamed and grossed out by that.

I know that this is due to my low self esteem, although from the outside people may think that I am very confident but deep down i know there is something.

I also was made fun of at schoon (about the age of 13 I guess) for having a small penis (even if its not small but people said so).

I know that all of these actions (porn, sexchat etc.) have something to fo with my uncouncoious acting out its low self worth or something like that.

I am even seeing a therapist.

So to all of you brothers who had similar problems and beat them:
How in the world did ypu do that?

Right now its even harf to get on 3/4 days streak without pmo for me.

    Please help and thank you!

There are a LOT of resources available for lust addicts that are dedicated to fighting this lust/porn/sex addiction. You're already in therapy, which is awesome! There are SA 12 step programs, podcasts, websites, and books all about the addiction to porn/lust/sex. But it takes work on your part. LOTS of it. It will require a deep look into yourself and your past because porn is almost never the root of your problem. It's almost always created because of something else that happened to you. We have to take accountability for those decisions and use the tools made available to us to fight our addiction if we ever want even a remote chance of beating it.

    Best of luck, my friend!
