yea was just kidding Porn is just an exit for my problems. Well let just say that i have passive addiction to it. It comes back in periods then its gone when i get bored by it then back again... I dont see PMO as bad per se. Especially not O part But its problem when its regular every day addiction. As for me i think it did not come to that... yet My passive returns to it are probably caused by lack of confidence with women followed up by lack of self satisfaction of my own physical appearance. and thats it
Thank you for sharing! I will say that lack of confidence with women and body self-esteem issues is something many fapstronauts experience. The wonderful thing about rebooting is that both of these things improve over time, naturally. I will say that many users do start going to the gym as a way to distract themselves from PMO urges.
