Hi , I am aang I am 14 years old,I will be 15 in a couple of weeks and I have been addicted to PMO for about 1 and a half years now and it's ruining my life.i have been depressed for some months now and PMO has also effect my physique greatly.i have had an epididymitis a month ago and it has effected my health.i really really want to stop this habit and I need your help for this since I cannot do it alone. The highest time I have stayed without PMO is about 8 days.That shows how addicted I am.i started off with sex scenes in games which went on to hentai,adult games and eventually to porn.i will start my daily journal from tommorow in the under 20 section since I PMOed today.If u read this far thankyou, you are really a wonderful person.
