    Hello, my name is Paulo.

    I've been having problems with pornography for about 20 years (since my childhood)!
    I have gone through periods of extreme control and others of extreme addiction, which made me lose opportunities, took away my motivations and ruined some of my best relationships.

    I'm determined to leave it behind forever. I am happy to meet you and for the first time I do not feel alone in the fight against this addiction.

    PS I'm sorry if something was not clear, English is not my native language.
