    Hi, I am 35 years, male.
    I guess it started with prostitute at 16 years old and internet available somewhere around then.
    I started to look for harder triggers than porn 4 years ago.
    But I would say I've started to think it's more than just a simple problem just last 2 years ago.
    I have family, kids, great wife and look like a good farther, intelligent worker, greatest of husbands. My goal is to make it true.

    I am a bit afraid to declare that, but I feel stronger than ever now (it's not because I had relapse few minutes ago :D). If this will be true, I will share my experience and thoughts.
    I am happy to see I am not alone. It's a relieve.

    Welcome to the forum. Many of us look like good people on the outside, but inside we have been holding on to a dark secret. It's hard to understand why we turn to porn and masturbation when we have so many other good things in our life. No matter who we are or where we come from anybody can become an addict. I hope you find the information, advice, and support you need to make a recovery.
