Hello everyone, I am 18 years old and have been watching/addicted to pornography for 13 years. Started when I was 5, and its escalated more and more, to deeper and darker levels. I'm tired of this lifestyle, and I'm desperate for help. Hoping to get some inspiration and advice from this community. Today is day 0, and as a former addict (of other sorts) I know recovery is difficult, but possible. Not sure what else to say, other than hello.

  4. I guess starting at 5 means you can't really remember life without it. I just wanted to say that in spite of that, P isn't part of you or who you are, hey it's not even something you do anymore right?

Seems like you're a wise man who understands the challenge ahead. Make sure you stick around here for support and get yourself an accountability partner or keep a journal or something. Looking forward to seeing you progress because you can defnitely do this!
