Hello guys.

My name is Daniel. Im 28 years old and yes, I have problems with porn and fap addiction. Im start when I had 15 or 16 years old. Yes, Its very long time. But, in monday I was telling me that I want to change.

A month ago, I was start to go to the gym. My mother told me several times that my body start to change. But my problems with my addictions were still there.

Im start nofap on monday. Now, I have a strenght feelings about see porn and fap. But, I want to keep this right and create my new life without this addiction.

I know this will be a difficult path. But, I have my ambitions
