Hey, I'm not sure if porn is entirely bad (at least not masturbation in of itself.), but it has became evident to me that I have a clear addiction to pornography. I have been struggling in life and I have been using porn as a form of escapism. It has been taking up time, it started to become more like a chore than something for pleasure, and even my body is starting to react oddly. I then decided to become part of the NoFap community to aid myself in ridding the addiction and I hope to become a productive member. Thank you for reading.
